About Your Host

Charles Hopkins moved out to Los Angeles in 2014 after completing law school at the University of Melbourne, Australia. He studied film and media under his undergraduate degree and had gained experience at a variety of media companies and film law practices. In his four years at Shoreline, Charles has worked alongside CEO Morris Ruskin, overseeing Shoreline’s development and production slate.

Shoreline Entertainment is an independent film sales and production company established 25 years ago. Shoreline attends more than 18 major media markets and film festivals each year, and has represented films that have premiered at Sundance, Toronto, Berlin, Tribeca, Rotterdam, San Sebastian and more.

HOW IT WORKS


  • Immediately after registering, you will receive an Order Confirmation email that serves as the receipt for your registration. In the Order Summary section of this email you will find a link reading "CLICK HERE FOR INSTRUCTIONS" that will take you to instructions on how to submit your script via the Material Submission Form.
  • Your material submission is due as soon as you are ready, but no later than 9:00am PT on the day of the session.
  • During the session, the exec will read as many of your opening pages as they can get through in 8 minutes.
  • You will receive this exec's written feedback on your pages via email within 5 business days following the session unless otherwise notified.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel for a full refund up to 72 hrs. prior to the start of the session. Cancellations requested after this deadline will be ineligible for refunds.
